Rotary Club of Blackwood Changeover Lunch

Singing for 30 minutes as guests arrive for lunch and the formal proceedings. We will be located in the entrance foyer outside the first floor dining room at the top of a staircase and adjacent to the lift. The space where we will sing will provide maximum exposure both to the Rotarian guests but also to other parts of the Golf Club (with full support of the Golf Club). We will be out of the traffic area, with ample room for chairs for those who need to sit. Our bags will be stored in another corner and so singers will only require their 2 books, and water. This will result in an uncluttered and safe space, with power adjacent to the keyboard location and therefore no cords can create tripping hazards. Singer numbers are estimated to be between 15 and 20.
