Perceived Risks: The Band Room is quite small with a large number of band members with their instruments so there is a concern of tripping.
The Band Leader is requesting that only those musicians performing at Dawn Service be present for rehearsal.
Singers will be guided through area carefully to prevent any trip hazards.
