Tamworth Evening VIEW Club Musical Afternoon

This annual fundraiser is run by the Tamworth Evening VIEW Club for the Learning for Life Program. It was one of our group’s first ever performances soon after we formed 10 years ago and we have sung every year except for 2022 when our nos were depleted due to covid. So our re-appearance is a symbol of our successful rebuilding- WE’RE BACK!!
We will sing five songs- a Seekers selection (in recognition of Judith Durham) and Fields of Athenry.
The event is in daylight hours and the venue has disabled access and facilities such as disabled parking. The stage area has two steps with a handrail but less mobile singers can stand (or sit on a chair) on the floor rather than performing from the stage. Assistance will be given as singers walk on and off stage. Some singers will travel together to and from the venue if they are worried about driving and traffic on the day.
