Following previous successful gigs for Marion Council venues, we have been invited to return to Cooinda Neighbourhood Centre to entertain elderly residents who attend the centre for a monthly luncheon.

After a huge success a year ago, we have been invited to return to The Vales to sing to and with the audience there. Last year we had a much bigger audience than we expected and look forward to another lively session of entertainment. This gig was originally requested by Grant Good (Glenelg member) to thank them for looking after him whilst resident there.

The last time we sang at the Regis Kingswood, to a small audience, just after they opened, they loved our performance so much they have requested we return.  The home is fuller now but not quite at their 100 capacity.

This gig has been organised by Josie Callaghan (a Glenelg member) who resides in this village.  We can catch a train (departing Adelaide at 12.00) to arrive at Seaford Meadows Station by 12.48pm.  The village is virtually adjacent to the station. This is a chance for a different and fantastic outing.  

Our reputation for fun and entertaining events must be spreading.  We have been invited to perform twice, in different areas, of the Regis Burnside Aged Care facility.  This will be the first in the new building with a smaller group or residents.

Another fun and exciting sing at the Adelaide Central Market to the many visitors and stall holders.

Our  accompanist, Emma, has asked us to perform 45 minutes of Aussie songs in an afternoon of various musical performances between 2 and 6pm. Stay the whole time, or just come for the performance. Invite your family and friends to this free event, with scones by the CWA.

This second performance will be held in the Sunshine Room of the Sturdee Building, with a larger audience who have shown they enjoy a gig and join in the singing with enthusiasm.

Grant Good, a member of Glenelg group for 10 years, is now resident at this facility.  We are singing to him and other residents.

We have been invited back for another fun singalong with the large crowd at Seniors in Harmony.

This is a cabaret style event with plenty of time to socialise, but also lots of singing and dancing.

Following our visit a year ago, the Parish Social Group were so happy with our singing, with lots of positive feedback afterwards, they have invited us to put on another gig this year.
