Singing at the Adelaide Central Market to patrons and stall holders. We have sung here several times before and the event has been hugely successful with the audience and a popular event with our group.
Singing for and with the residents of the Eldercare Acacia Court. We have sung with this group on previous occasions and has been an enjoyable event for all.
We have been invited by the Flinders Medical Centre (thanks to Grant Good, a Sing Australia Glenelg member) for a small group of us to visit wards and patients and sing from 11am to 12md. We will then hold a concert, with more members, in the courtyard and sing from 12.30 to 1pm.
Angela (our accompanist) has requested we sing to the residents of Resthaven at Marion where she visits a family member.

Singing a variety of songs for the St. Anthony's Parish Social group, with their participation, at their request after some of their members heard us sing for 'Seniors in Harmony' at Mitcham on previous occasions.

After an amazing gig there last year, we have been invited back for a repeat performance singing to and with the residents and staff of the Nursing Home.
Some of the members of this group have been to the gigs we did with the Guide Dogs. They were so impressed they have asked us to do a gig for them at one of their meetings.
Following previous successful gigs for Marion Council venues, we have been invited to return to Cooinda Neighbourhood Centre to entertain elderly residents who attend the centre for a monthly luncheon.
This gig has been organised by Josie Callaghan (a Glenelg member) who resides in this village. We can catch a train (departing Adelaide at 12.00) to arrive at Seaford Meadows Station by 12.48pm. The village is virtually adjacent to the station. This is a chance for a different and fantastic outing.
This second performance will be held in the Sunshine Room of the Sturdee Building, with a larger audience who have shown they enjoy a gig and join in the singing with enthusiasm.
Another of our annual events which always proves popular with the staff, visitors and tenants at the Airport and is a most enjoyable and fun gig enjoyed by our members.
Following a successful gig there in 2018, we have been invited back to perform an Australia Day themed concert and singalong the day prior to Australia Day.
We will be celebrating Australia Day at the Adelaide Airport by entertaining visitors, travellers, staff and traders with our usual lively and popular concert. We will again sing many Australian and popular crowd pleasing songs.
Lillian Jaunay, a long time member of Sing Australia Glenelg, is a resident at this venue so we are going to entertain her and her fellow residents with a singalong concert.
The Eastwood Community Centre has invited us to again sing at their last concert of the year for the Seniors group.
Following previous successful visits, the Blind & Vision Impaired group are keen to have us back for a singalong with them.
It appears we may finally be able to go ahead with this event after several cancellations. The residents of the home enjoy singing and are looking forward to joining us in a singalong.
